    During my time within AS I joined staff and worked my way to Admin whilst also joining the EP team working my way to Event Coordinator. At this point I was offered Event Manager and therefore stepped down from staff, after spending 8 months as Event Manager I was promoted to server manager of CW and was in charge of the entirety of the server and its management including assisting the previous staff managers such as Drellus and Apollo with matters as well as actually recruiting them myself. From here I spent a few months before I was promoted to Community Manager of AS where I 1/3 of the AS Senior Management in charge of the entirety of management and server managers across the community. I believe I have alot of experience with staff matters and regularly took tickets myself and dealt with way too many queries than I should have done as my management positions. I still to this day see myself answering quite difficult questions in OOC and believe this will be beneficial to the staff team.

  • Provide a detailed explanation of RDM and give 2 valid detailed examples

    RDM is random death match. When a player harms another player with no valid reason what so ever. This can be minor damage or fully killing someone. 

    1. Player A attempts to be friendly with Player B by approaching him to talk, Player B decides to shoot Player A without any reason resulting in Player A dying. This is RDM.

    2. Player A has an argument with Player B which results in a gathering of people wondering whats going on. Everyone agrees that Player B is in the right and that Player A should apologise, Player A gets flustered and decides his only way of taking justice into his own hands is to attempt to kill Player B, however a member of staff was within the group of people spectating and manages to freeze him before killing Player B. Even though Player B doesnt die, this is still RDM because Player A had no reason to retaliate with damaging the other player.

  • Provide a detailed explanation of FailRP and give 2 valid detailed examples

    FailRP is an act where someone breaks roleplay in anyway. This can be intentional or accidental also.

    1. A player jumps off of the 3rd floor balcony without landing directly into a group of staff members who are passing by. This is FailRP because if someone jumped off of a 3rd floor balcony in real life they would be severely injured, therefore you wouldnt expect a Clone to do it in the Star Wars Universe. 

    2. A player uses /comms to talk OOC to their friends about topics that only apply out of character in the real world. This is can be accidental due to people maybe being new to SWRP therefore this would probably be dealt with in character rather than with a staff sit. This is FailRP because /comms is only used for in game characters talking to each other professionally.

  • Why would you like to join our staff team?

    As many are aware, I was removed from my previous management position due to some known issues including attitude and being seen as untouchable. Since then, I have decided to go about my time within AS back to show that I am not the person that some think I am. I underwent many conversations with individuals who were surprised when they got to know me and realised I wasnt as scary or intimidating as others made me out to be and alot of people can see that now that I am in positions. I am in no way wanting to work my way "back to the top" like some say I am. I wish to be treated as any new individual coming into staff and in return I would like to request the same respect back to me, I do not wish to be held back or rank locked due to previous. However, I do feel I will be rather beneficial to the current staff team and as many are aware that have recently spoken to me, I am very interested and motivated to help as much within the staff team. I trained myself in being able to easily deal with stressful situations and have been described previously as being OD even when not on the SOD job. I am not a "yes-man" and will speak up if necessary or if I disagree which I feel is always beneficial.
